  The workers here are amazing! I had to switch funeral services to Hughey's because I was intially suggested a different place. It was horrible. They were so rude and uncaring, so I went to Hughey's. What a difference. The owner was so sensitive and it was obvious this sort of caring for people's suffering is his passion. He made the whole process a lot easier, especially when I was at the worst place in life.
  It was only a tiny bit more expensive, but I would have paid anything to be treated like that, in that situation. I seriously can not say enough good about this place. If someone you love has passed recently, I would go here first. You'll see why.
  
  In case someone is interested, it was $2000 for cremation, a service, thank you card, guest book, etc. He also let us pay half, and the rest in small payments.

  I recently lost my grandfather. My grandmother chose to use this funeral home because they have a reputation with people her age for being "the nicest."
  She must have meant with the nicest people- not the nicest facilities. Everyone was so kind...
  However, I would think that if they charge $8200 per funeral they could replace the carpet that is so worn that I thought it may be the exact same carpet that was there when my other Grandpa died 30 years ago. Or perhaps they might have something better than Wal-mart brand soap in the restroom....
  Also, we had to keep finding an attendant to get small bottles of water for my grandmother and crippled uncle. I was not the only person who thought that it should be available in the "coffee room."
